The Fold is a build-to-rent development comprising over 250 apartments and flexible workspaces in the heart of Croydon. StudioFractal developed a high-impact lighting design for all the amenity spaces including the roof terrace, private dining rooms, workspaces, meeting rooms and various communal lounge areas. StudioFractal is currently collaborating with Legal & General on several exciting new build-to-rent projects around the UK.
