Palestra, Southwark, London

Palestra is a high-specification contemporary office development in Southwark, the lighting design for which comprised circulation spaces, typical office floors and the exterior facades. StudioFractal won a selected competition and have created a characterful lighting strategy that emphasises architectural features and materials.

Following the award-winning shell and core design, a subsequent commission with fit-out architects PRS saw the same design team complete CAT B designs for the new occupant's - Transport for London. The completed scheme included upgraded office lighting, meeting rooms and break out spaces, with the addition of an energy-use display pod on the ground floor.
