One Aldwych Hotel, Covent Garden, London

Following a careful study of the buildings rich architectural history, StudioFractal have designed a carefully modulated lighting scheme for One Aldwych Hotel. Maintaining our ethos of using as little light as necessary, we focussed controlled illumination from low profile lighting equipment to complement and enhance the rhythm and rich detailing. Lighting trials confirmed the exact placement, optical properties and warm colour temperature and following an excellent installation by SI Electrical the finished scheme adds a dramatically elegant presence to London’s ever changing night time experience.
