Lincoln Square, London

Located in the Strand Conservation area in the heart of central London, Lincoln Square is a few minutes walk from the restaurants, theatres and boutiques of Covent Garden. Surrounded by significant institutional buildings, including the Royal Courts of Justice, The Royal College of Surgeons of England and the London School of Economics and Political Science, this ten-story residential scheme takes inspiration from its historical context.

In close collaboration with the design team, StudioFractal provided a comprehensive lighting design service covering the reception and circulation zones, a Private health club and entertainment facilities and apartments and penthouses. In addition, an internal tranquil private courtyard garden landscaped by Gustafson Porter + Bowman.

Lighting is integrated within the architectural detailing of the development's contemporary interiors, accenting materials, details and textures with precisely controlled illumination to create a series of elegant, warm interiors.
