Cabot Circus, Bristol

Cabot Circus is a £500 million new mixed-use development in the centre of Bristol. The comprehensive lighting strategy for this large scale project highlighted its range of architectural styles bringing a coherent sense of location and character to its wide-ranging public spaces.

Critical lighting objectives included; highlighting the bespoke glazed roof; creating a lighting approach that responded to the individual character of a wide variety of different buildings, streets, spaces; anticipated changing uses across the seasons; achieving an industry-leading low energy consumption; standardised lighting products and details.
