Arbor is a next generation, net zero landmark, sitting within Native Land’s Bankside Yards, the UK’s first major fossil fuel-free development. The first building within an eight building urban masterplan, Arbor’s major feature is an “urban room” at street level, creating a striking transitional zone between the lobby, the courtyard and the rejuvenated Victorian arches.
Extensive glazing brings daylight in - and also showcases the unique surface illumination approach which emphasizes form and surface texture and fills the lobby and outdoor space with welcoming light.
