The lighting design for the refurbishment of 12 Arthur Street included the double-height entrance foyer with its suspended light feature and connecting lift lobbies with circulation zones. StudioFractal enhanced the interior design with its extensive use of brass and stone through discrete spotlighting and hidden linear light. Focus is given to features such as the new reception desk and surfaces cladded with an intricate woven material to create a sophisticated lobby ambience for this commercial office in the heart of London.
